摘要： Here provides a method for manufacturing a touch screen, a touch screen and a display device. The method comprises: Step S10: performing modification to a surface of a substrate, so as to make the substrate surface having hydrophilicity; and Step S11: printing a graphene-nanosilver composite paste on the modified surface of the substrate by an ink-jet printing method to form a grid touch electrode. The graphene-nanosilver composite touch electrode has a smaller wire width, thereby having a lower sheet resistance, a higher flexibility and a lower manufacture cost. The method can improve the accuracy of the manufacture of a touch electrode and obtain a relatively larger gird width, thus obtaining a higher light transmittance. Moreover, the adhesion of the graphene-nanosilver composite to the substrate surface can be increased, and the electrical conductivity of the touch electrode can be enhanced and the circuit break is less likely to occur.

摘要： A powder coating composition is provided herein. The powder coating composition includes a glycidyl-functionalized (meth)acrylic resin as a film-forming binder, a cross-linking agent (hardener) for the binder, particles chosen from the group comprising aluminum oxide Al2O3 and aluminum hydroxide Al(OH)3 particles, and a coating additive, the wt % based on the total weight of the powder coating composition. A process for the production of a scratch resistant powder coating is also provided herein. The process includes the steps of a) applying a transparent clear coat or a pigmented top coat directly onto a substrate surface or onto a prior coating, and b) curing the clear coat or the top coat applied in step a) wherein the transparent clear coat or the pigmented top coat includes the powder coating composition.

A lack of Volatile Organic Compounds assist in distinguishing paint according to aspects of the present application from many existing paints. By controlling humidity in the spray (application) booth or in a separate curing booth, the time to cure the coating may be correspondingly controlled. That is, the higher the Relative Humidity, the faster the cure. When heat is introduced along with humidity, the time to cure the coating may be further controlled.

摘要： A microstructured article includes a nanovoided layer having opposing first and second major surfaces, the first major surface being microstructured to form prisms, lenses, or other features. The nanovoided layer includes a polymeric binder and a plurality of interconnected voids, and optionally a plurality of nanoparticles. A second layer, which may include a viscoelastic layer or a polymeric resin layer, is disposed on the first or second major surface. A related method includes disposing a coating solution onto a substrate. The coating solution includes a polymerizable material, a solvent, and optional nanoparticles. The method includes polymerizing the polymerizable material while the coating solution is in contact with a microreplication tool to form a microstructured layer. The method also includes removing solvent from the microstructured layer to form a nanovoided microstructured article.

摘要： Provided is matte film including: a film layer that is formed in a nano-web shape by electrospinning a polymer material; an ink layer that is coated on one surface of the film layer; and an adhesive layer that is laminated on the other surface of the film layer through electrospinning. Since the film layer is formed in a nano-web shape so that fiber strands are accumulated, the matte film can be thinly produced and have a non-glossy function of performing scattered reflection of light and a fingerprint-preventive function of making fingerprints imprinted. Further, the surface strength of the matte film can be reinforced.
