摘要： The invention relates to a process and apparatus for manufacturing adapter blocks with channels and making a mold system for producing the blocks. The adapter blocks have channels in at least one surface and connection openings running through the thickness of the blocks.For forming the connection openings the mold has anchoring pins and it is designed for producing more than one adapter block at a time. The casting material is supplied into the mold from below and along one long side thereof. Gasket plates with nipples are placed on the connection side or sides, such nipples being received in conical connection openings.

To make it possible for the screws to be placed near together but without having to make the liners any smaller in diameter, the screw holes are cut through into the liner space in the housing. The screw holes are sealed off from the outside by washers provided under the screw heads and a gasket provided between one outer side of the housing (opposite to the heads) and a support into which the screws extend.

摘要： An adapter block having fluid channels is made up of at least two parts bonded together. At least one of the parts is made up of an integral skin foam material, more specially polyurethane. A foam-molded core of this material is covered over by an integrally molded, unfoamed skin. At the faces that are to be bonded the skin is first machined away by a roughening tool. A mold for producing the adapter block is made up of two mold end parts with hollows to take up mold pins so that mold pins or stoppers may be put therein. The mold end part opposite to the end part with the pins is made of an elastically soft material. The mold pins may have concave end faces.

摘要： A conveyor system is designed for moving loads along a curved path and takes the form of a guide pipe having within it a piston-like driver which may be shuttled from one end to the other thereof by forcing driving fluid, as for example water and oil, into the one end or the other end of the pipe. A sleeve-like runner is placed on the outside of the pipe and is joined up with the driver by a magnet system which may take the form of a magnetic driving part on the driver and so placed thereon as to be radially spaced from the inner wall face of the pipe. The driver within the pipe and the runner on the pipe, together with any magnet system on them, have outer and inner forms taking into account the curved forms of the pipe.

摘要： A sequencing valve for use in a pneumatic program controller has two output ports in rotors on a common driving shaft which may be moved intermittently for moving such output ports into line with circles of output ports in stators, in which the rotors are placed. The stator output ports are regularly spaced. The two rotor output ports or the groups of stator ports in the two stators are out of line with each other by half the pitch of the ports in the stators.The intermittent driving motor has a rocking fork for turning a toothed wheel on the driving shaft. The fork is mechanically locked in its two half-step positions by way of a stop pin which is moved by a bellows actuator against the force of a spring so that a stop collar on the pin may be moved into and out of the way of the rocking fork.

A mirror part is provided from which light may be shut off by a moving shutter acted upon by a change in pressure, for example an increase in pressure, in a space to be monitored. The body of the display unit takes the form of a hollow guide stem, whose one end has the transparent cover thereon and which has within it a nonmovable inner part with the mirror part as its one end. At the other end of the guide stem there is provided a piston which is able to be moved backwards and forwards and which is loosely joined with a sleeve for moving same. The front end of the sleeve has the shutter thereon for covering up the mirror part. The sleeve is adapted to encircle the nonmovable inner part and is guided in the guide stem.

The device includes a housing having a chamber therein in which is located a reciprocal piston. An adjustable stop is provided in the chamber for controlling the length of the stroke of the piston. Structure for facilitating a deceleration of the piston as it approaches its limits of movements are provided at opposite ends of the chamber. Fluid connections are provided in one of the guide rods supporting the clamping jaw and facilitate a fluid supply to the clamping jaw without the use of external hoses. The control valve structure for the feeding device is mounted on a rotatable valve block structure to facilitate a reversal of the sequence of the feeding stroke.
