    • A conveyor system is designed for moving loads along a curved path and takes the form of a guide pipe having within it a piston-like driver which may be shuttled from one end to the other thereof by forcing driving fluid, as for example water and oil, into the one end or the other end of the pipe. A sleeve-like runner is placed on the outside of the pipe and is joined up with the driver by a magnet system which may take the form of a magnetic driving part on the driver and so placed thereon as to be radially spaced from the inner wall face of the pipe. The driver within the pipe and the runner on the pipe, together with any magnet system on them, have outer and inner forms taking into account the curved forms of the pipe.

    • A sequencing valve for use in a pneumatic program controller has two output ports in rotors on a common driving shaft which may be moved intermittently for moving such output ports into line with circles of output ports in stators, in which the rotors are placed. The stator output ports are regularly spaced. The two rotor output ports or the groups of stator ports in the two stators are out of line with each other by half the pitch of the ports in the stators.The intermittent driving motor has a rocking fork for turning a toothed wheel on the driving shaft. The fork is mechanically locked in its two half-step positions by way of a stop pin which is moved by a bellows actuator against the force of a spring so that a stop collar on the pin may be moved into and out of the way of the rocking fork.

    • An optical display unit for pneumatic systems, having a housing with a transparent cover at one end. A mirror part is provided from which light may be shut off by a moving shutter acted upon by a change in pressure, for example an increase in pressure, in a space to be monitored. The body of the display unit takes the form of a hollow guide stem, whose one end has the transparent cover thereon and which has within it a nonmovable inner part with the mirror part as its one end. At the other end of the guide stem there is provided a piston which is able to be moved backwards and forwards and which is loosely joined with a sleeve for moving same. The front end of the sleeve has the shutter thereon for covering up the mirror part. The sleeve is adapted to encircle the nonmovable inner part and is guided in the guide stem.

    • A device for feeding an elongated band or strip of material in a step-by-step manner toward a material processing station, such as a punch or the like. The device includes a housing having a chamber therein in which is located a reciprocal piston. The piston rod connected to the piston extends out through an opening in the housing and is at the free end thereof connected to a clamping jaw. An adjustable stop is provided in the chamber for controlling the length of the stroke of the piston. Structure for facilitating a deceleration of the piston as it approaches its limits of movements are provided at opposite ends of the chamber. Fluid connections are provided in one of the guide rods supporting the clamping jaw and facilitate a fluid supply to the clamping jaw without the use of external hoses. The control valve structure for the feeding device is mounted on a rotatable valve block structure to facilitate a reversal of the sequence of the feeding stroke.
