摘要： A weather strip includes an extrusion molded extrusion molded portion, an injection molded portion which connects both ends of the extrusion molded portions in a straight line shape, a trim portion which is mounted on a circumferential edge of an opening of a luggage compartment, and a hollow sealing portion which protrudes from the trim portion. The injection molded portion is formed such that a width thereof is 2.0. The hollow sealing portion is provided with a core withdrawing hole, through which a core mold forming an inner peripheral surface of the hollow sealing portion is withdrawn after formation. The core withdrawing hole is formed such that a length thereof along a circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the hollow sealing portion is 40% of a circumferential length of the inner peripheral surface.

摘要： A three dimensional woven preform, a fiber reinforced composite incorporating the preform, and methods of making thereof are disclosed. The woven preform includes two or more warp steered fabrics. The warp steered fabrics include a darted portion and an un-darted portion. The darted portions of the warp steered fabrics are joined to un-darted portions of one another so as to provide continuous fiber in the circumferential and radial directions of all portions of the preform. An un-darted portion in one steered fabric reinforces a darted portion in the other. The warp steered fabrics can be woven on a loom equipped with a differential take-up mechanism. The warp steered fabrics can be single or multilayer fabrics. The final preform can be a portion of an aircraft window frame.

摘要： A tool for the infusion of a resin into a preform made of fibre material includes a mould which can be closed around the preform and in the body of which at least one inlet duct is formed to allow resin to be injected into the mould so that the resin can be infused into the preform. At least one reservoir which can contain the resin, is also formed in the body of the mould and is connected to the at least one inlet duct. The mould can be inserted in an autoclave and the reservoir is configured to permit the transfer of the resin from the reservoir to the inlet duct under the effect of the temperature and of the pressure that are produced in the autoclave, thus allowing the resin to be injected into the mould.
