The method includes the following steps: providing a molding tool with an insertion structure shaped with respect to compliment the predetermined structure, enclosing a local region of a recess of the work piece with the molding tool, injecting a fluid sealing gel into the molding tool, and dismantling the molding tool after the sealing gel has cooled to a solid state.

摘要： A method for producing an extrusion molded product for automobiles, comprising the following steps:A synthetic resin injected into a first extrusion molding machine (21) is extruded through a first mold die (20) as a core material (3); the core material (3) passes through a first cooling tank (25), and then is bent by bending rollers (22) into a desired curved shape with a radius of curvature R1; the core material (3) is extended linearly, and goes into a second mold die (23); a thermoplastic elastomer injected in a second extrusion molding machine (24) forms seal portions (2) and seal lip portions (6) on a periphery of the core material (3); thereby forming a curved portion with a radius of curvature R2 on the extrusion molded product (1).

摘要： A method for producing a sealing bellows, involving (1) vulcanizing a sealing bellows having clamping elements integrated into the sealing region and into the attachment region (2) and having a substantially cylindrical casing, thereby forming the sealing bellow; (2) interrupting the vulcanizing after the mold cavity has been filled and after attaining dimensional stability of the sealing bellows and then releasing the sealing bellows from the mold; (3) introducing the sealing bellows having a substantially cylindrical casing into a heated blowing mold having a substantially spherical cavity and sealing the blowing mold in an airtight manner; (4) subjecting the interior of the sealing bellows to a relative excess pressure such that the casing is applied against a wall delimiting the cavity of the blowing mold; and (5) completely curing the sealing bellows, then opening the blowing mold to release the sealing bellows from the mold.

The body includes an interior base surface, a first interior leg surface, and a second interior leg surface disposed within the channel. The assembly includes at least one sealing lip having an abutment surface and a wearstrip disposed along at least one of the interior base surface, the first and second interior leg surfaces, and the abutment surface and formed of a thermoplastic polyethylene material. The wearstrip has a plurality of alternating wear sections and gaps that define a series of alternating semi-rigid and flexible sections, respectively, with each wear section having first and second surfaces. The first surface of one of the wear sections and the second surface of an adjacent wear section face each other to define the gap.

摘要： An elongated, flexible composite gasket member having a knitted wire mesh rope at least partly impregnated with a soft, tacky, flowable, pre-cured polyurethane gel for use in a stuffing tube assembly. The stuffing tube assembly is used in a deck or bulkhead of a ship. The stuffing tube comprises a cable having insulation on a surface thereof, a metallic shielding jacket, and conductors therein, the cable having an exposed section of metallic shielding and non-exposed section; a metallic stuffing tube with an inner cable channel and an at least partly threaded gland nut receiver space, and a constriction between the gland nut receiver space and the inner channel; a gland nut adapted to threadably engage the gland nut receiver space; and a; wherein the cable passes through the gland nut and stuffing tube with the exposed section substantially wrapped in the elongated flexible composite gasket member the gland nut above the elongated flexible composite material and the constriction below. The flexible gasket member is in electrical communication with the cable and the stuffing tube.

摘要： An elastic seal for a building joint which includes internal walls or dividers which change orientation when the seal is compressed for placement into the building joint. The change in orientation allow for the seal to apply a relatively uniform force against the joint walls extending from the bottom wall to the top wall of the seal. Additionally, the change in orientation reduces the deflection of the top wall of the seal upwardly when compressed in the building joint. The walls also become more vertically oriented when the seal in compressed. This vertical orientation provides increased load support for the top wall when the seal is compressed into a joint.
