    • The present invention discloses a drill rig relocation system. Lift frames are provided as add-ons to existing drill rigs, or as integral openings within the length of the base boxes. A lift cylinder and bearing mat assembly is connected beneath the lift frame or base boxes. Each bearing mat assembly has a slew drive for controlled directional rotation. A torque arrest system allows vertical movement of the torque reaction point as the substructure is elevated to control the orientation and magnitude of forces. In one embodiment, the drill rig is supported on linear sleeve bearings slideably mounted in the bearing mat assemblies. Translation cylinders on the bearing mats expand to move the drill rig by translating the linear sleeve bearings along the shafts.

    • The present invention discloses a drill rig relocation system. Lift frames are provided at opposite ends of a base box of a drill rig substructure. A lift cylinder and bearing mat assembly are rotatably connected beneath the lift frame. The bearing mat assemblies may be rotated to the desired direction for moving the drill rig. The lift cylinders are then expanded, placing the bearing mat assemblies onto the ground and lifting the base boxes and drill rig off the ground. The drill rig is supported on linear sleeve bearings slideably mounted in the bearing mat assemblies. Translation cylinders on the bearing mats expanded to move the rig by translating the linear sleeve bearings along the shafts. After the lift cylinder expands to place the bearing mat on the ground, the translation cylinders are retracted, providing the linear bearing with the full length of the shaft for the next movement.

    • In a tilting and extending rail system for a mining pump carrier the present invention comprises; pivotal carrier attaching means, sliding rails, accessory attaching means, tilting mechanism and actuating means. In a preferred embodiment, the rail system is utilized to provide vertical and longitudinal adjustment capabilities to an accessory such as a concrete hopper so as to allow motion flexibility and alignment accuracy between the carrier hopper and an adjacent utility vehicle. Therefore, the utility of this invention provides the mining industry with flexible accuracy in aligning an accessory of a carrier as well as providing optimal discharge distance between carrier accessory and discharging unit with a following utility vehicle carrying-on a common task.
