摘要： A pressure regulating device regulates the pressure of a flowing medium and includes a stationary member. A movable armature is disposed axially from the stationary member for moving axially in relation to the stationary member. A coil is disposed about the stationary member and the armature and through which curernt flows for generating magnetic flux to create an attractive force to move the armature in relation to the stationary member. A housing is disposed about the coil and the stationary member and the armature for encasing the armature and the coil and the stationary member. At least one aperture is formed in the housing to allow a fluid medium to enter and exit the housing and to contact the armature. A means bleeds a portion of the fluid medium based on the current to the coil to control the output pressure to predetermined levels.

摘要： A drive mechanism of the limited slip type having driving and driven members to be drivingly connected, wherein a friction clutch is operatively associated with the driving and driven members to drivingly connect the members in its engaged condition, and a fluid pump is arranged between the driving and driven members to be driven by relative rotation therebetween and located adjacent one side of the clutch, the fluid pump being movable in a direction to effect engagement of the clutch when applied at one side thereof with a discharge pressure thereof, and wherein a communication passage for fluid circulation is connected at one end thereof to a discharge port of the pump and at the other end thereof to a suction port of the pump, and a flow control valve is disposed in the communication passage to control an amount of fluid under pressure passing through the communication passage.

摘要： In an automatic transmission, an arrangement for discharging band servo operating hydraulic pressure comprises an upstanding passage and a communication passage formed in a transmission case, and a discharge valve installed in the communication passage. The upstanding passage is so formed as to extend inwardly or upwardly from a control valve body joining surface of the transmission case. The communication passage is so formed as to extend inwardly from an outer peripheral portion of the transmission case adjacent an oil pump cover joining surface thereof to fluidly connect a servo cylinder chamber to the upstanding passage which is in turn fluidly connected to a servo release passage of a control valve assembly. The discharge valve is in the form of a check valve and disposed in the open end of the communication passage which is located at the above described peripheral portion of the transmission case adjacent the oil pump cover joining surface thereof.

摘要： Fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines includes a nozzle element having a front cusp formed with a conical valve seat face. At least one injection hole is provided in the front cusp. The outer wall area of the front cusp which is disposed opposite to the valve seat face has a lower hardness than that of the inner wall area forming the valve seat face. When the injection hole extends from a pocket hole, preferably the outer wall area of the front cusp encompassing the picket hole has a lower hardness than that of the opposite disposed inner wall area. The intermediary center wall area preferably has a still lower hardness than the outer wall area. Thus, it is achieved that the front cusp of the nozzle element has a higher rigidity than in a known embodiment, without the valve seat face losing any hardness or that the protection of the outer wall area of the front cusp being unduly severly reduced against abrasive wear.

摘要： In a system for integrally controlling an automatic transmission and an engine, an ignition timing is temporarily lagged during shifting to decrease an engine torque. The system comprises a detecting device for detecting the presence of a shifting condition; a delaying device for delaying the commencement of actual shifting for a predetermined time duration; and a performing device for performing a fuel increase immediately after the presence of the shifting condition is detected. As a result, a decrease in the engine torque due to ignition timing control is satisfactorily secured, while exhaust gas temperature is prevented from rising, whereby temperature in an exhaust system is precluded from raising beyond an allowable value.
