摘要： A flatbed die-cutting press (10) for cutting detailed shapes in sheets (20) of foldable paper or board material that are typically fed at a rate of 6000 to 14000 sheets/hour, comprises a cutting tool assembly (40) having an apertured female die part (42) with a series of apertures (44) defining typically a complex shape or shapes to be cut out. The female die part (42) is associated with a suction channel (46) arranged so that parts (22) that are cut out of the sheets (20) are removable by suction through the apertures (44). This enables the cutting of small shapes and complex shapes whose outline extends over an area of at least several square centimeters that contains a group of cut-outs comprising a plurality of straight or curved lines or strokes all having a section less than 2 mm, possibly less than 1 mm, along all or a substantial part of their length, for the mass production of blanks of paper or board material particularly cigarette packages, where the cut-outs form an emblem on the package.

摘要： A transistor with a gate electrode structure is produced by providing a semiconductor body with a first surface, and with a first sacrificial layer extending in a vertical direction of the semiconductor body from the first surface. A first trench extending from the first surface into the semiconductor body is formed by removing the sacrificial layer in a section adjacent the first surface. A second trench is formed by isotropically etching the semiconductor body in the first trench. A third trench is formed below the second trench by removing at least a part of the first sacrificial layer below the second trench. A dielectric layer is formed which at least covers sidewalls of the third trench and which only covers sidewalls of the second trench. A gate electrode is formed on the dielectric layer in the second trench. The gate electrode and dielectric layer in the second trench form the gate electrode structure.

The polysilicon layer serves as a mask substrate for the subsequent doping of the channel zone. The expedient patterning of the polysilicon layer with holes in a gate region and pillars in a source region enables the channel zone to be doped more lightly. In another embodiment, the novel method is used for a channel width shading of a PMOS transistor cell.

The second conveying and mixing tube has a drive and is slidably retractable into a rest position together with the drive.

摘要： A fabric tenter device having a pivotally mounted roof which may carry a nozzle box is provided with a counterbalance assembly enabling the roof and box to be pivotally shifted from the tenter covering to an open position by manual lifting forces. The counterbalance assembly is comprised of a lever divided into two arms, the lever being pivotally mounted on a fulcrum fixed to the tenter housing. The lever includes a weight arm underlying the roof and a power arm to the opposite side of the fulcrum. A chain having one end fixed to the power arm has its other end attached to a spring mechanism carried by the weight arm, the chain being arranged over a guide roller or rollers in such manner that the spring is tensioned to its maximum extent when the roof is in the tenter covering position.
