    • A stereo ceramic granite and marble has a stereo pattern composed of more than two non-transparent silicate color masses containing more than 20% non-vitrified state composition. As seen from its vertical section, it has the characteristics that wherein both vertical sectional edges of at least four mutually contacting color masses are essentially parallel to the extension lines of the boundary lines of the other color masses from within 3 mm beginning form the surface of the product and form an angle of 10.degree. to 170.degree. with the surface plane of the product, the deviation error of parallelism not exceeding 40.degree., and this kind of pattern exists in the product at more than four places.

    • A ceramic circuit substrate providing a circuit pattern with a fine line as well as high accuracy for positioning the circuit pattern and a method of producing the ceramic circuit substrate. An alumina layer that is green containing an alumina that is not sintered at a temperature ranging from 800.degree. to 1000.degree. C. is applied on a surface of a ceramic green sheet containing glass and then fired at a temperature ranging from 800.degree. to 1000.degree. C. The ceramic green sheet is sintered into a sintered ceramic substrate. A porous alumina layer is formed on a surface of the sintered ceramic substrate. The glass contained in the sintered ceramic substrate is caused to flow to the inside of the porous alumina layer so that the part of the porous alumina layer filled with the glass is bonded to the sintered ceramic substrate. The part of the porous alumina layer not filled with the glass is removed, wherein the porous alumina layer remaining on the sintered ceramic substrate after the removing has a thickness of 10 .mu.m or less. A paste for forming the circuit pattern is printed on a surface of the part of the porous alumina layer that has been bonded to the sintered ceramic substrate for heating.

    • A fixture for holding a plurality of masking elements while the masking elements are being baked to remove impurities is disclosed. The masking elements are used to mask dies used for forming sputtering targets used to deposit thin films on a substrate. The fixture includes a housing having first and second end walls connected between first and second side walls wherein the first and second end and side walls form an interior aperture. In addition, the fixture includes a several slots which are formed in the first and second side walls wherein each of the slots are suitable for holding a single masking element. In particular, the interior aperture is of a sufficient size and the slots are positioned such that suitable air circulation is provided between each of the masking elements to expose the masking elements to a predetermined temperature suitable for removing the impurities from the masking elements. Furthermore, the fixture includes openings formed in the end walls which enable handling of the fixture and provide additional air circulation.
