摘要： A masonry veneer support assembly for mounting masonry veneer to supporting wall structure has a shelf angle, and first and second shelf angle mounting brackets. Each shelf angle mounting bracket has an upwardly extending back that mounts to the supporting wall structure, and a web extending forwardly away from the wall structure. The web has first and second shelf angle mounting seats formed therein. The first shelf angle mounting seat is upwardly spaced from the second shelf angle mounting seat. Hangers in the form of two-part separable brackets are provided to permit masonry veneer to be mounted underneath the shelf angle, thereby concealing it from view.

摘要： A lap siding product with a unique shiplap joint that spaces abutting pieces of siding correctly from each other without installer measurements. The shiplap joint comprises a bottom element and a top element. A lap siding panel or board has a bottom element shiplap joint at one end, and a top elements shiplap joint at the other end. The corresponding ends of two lap siding panels or boards (i.e., one bottom element and one top element) together form the unique shiplap joint of the present invention. One or more drainage channels or grooves help re-direct water from the joint, and at least one of the channels or grooves also provides a visual element for proper spacing. An engineered “stop” on the underside of the top element also helps space the pieces of siding correctly, without requiring measurement during installation.

The front surface may be created by pneumatic methods or by pouring concrete into forms and removing the front panel to expose the front surface while it is still plastic but hydrated enough not to slump.

A clip is also provided to secure the reinforcing restraint channel in place with the terracotta/ceramic panel.

摘要： A coupling system for mounting a tile to an outer surface of a building is disclosed. In one embodiment, the coupling system includes support tracks arranged and configured to couple the tile to the building. The support tracks may include integrally formed clips for coupling with the tiles. The clips may be arranged and configured to couple to a top portion of a lower tile and a bottom portion of an upper tile. Additionally, and/or alternatively, the coupling system may include a gasket coupled to the support tracks. The gasket may include first and second arms. The support tracks may include integrally formed, first and second inwardly extending legs for receiving the first and second arms, respectively, of the gasket. In use, the coupling system facilitates faster and easier manufacturability and assembly as compared to other known systems thus providing a more cost-effective solution, particularly when used with smaller tiles.

摘要： A cladding panel and a method of forming a cladding panel. The panel comprises a plurality of facing building members mounted on a backing of settable material. The facing building members are mounted in rows which are usually aligned horizontally in use, with settable material located in joints between adjacent building members in the rows, and settable material located in joints between neighbouring rows of facing building members. The joints between adjacent facing building members in a row are not aligned with the joints between adjacent facing building members in neighbouring rows of facing building members. The facing building members have front faces and a rear side, with recesses in the rear side of at least some of the facing building members in each row. The recesses extend part way into the facing building member and receive settable material. The recesses in facing building members in neighbouring rows are aligned such that one or more columns of settable material in the recesses are provided extending perpendicularly to the rows of facing building members.
