In order to make comfortable braking operations possible, there is provision for the transmission both of the actuating force and of the boosting force to the primary piston of the brake master cylinder to take place by a force transmission module which has at least one elastic element and is arranged in the primary piston.

摘要： The present invention relates to a brake force booster with a panic braking function for automotive vehicles. The present invention includes that the first sealing seat arranged movably in relation to the control housing wherein the sealing seat is fixed to a lever such that when a predetermined relative displacement between valve piston and control housing is exceeded so that the lever prevents at least a movement of the sealing seat in the actuating direction. The brake force booster with a brake assist function is easy to manufacture and, in addition, ensures a controllability of the brake force in the emergency braking position.

摘要： The present invention relates to a reaction force transmission mechanism for a pneumatic brake booster including a largely incompressible reaction plate that is interposed between an input member and an output member and encased at the peripheral side and has lateral abutment surfaces for the input member and the output member, wherein the abutment surface close to the input member can be acted upon by a pressure member which is adapted to be fixed to a control housing and, consequently, can be excepted from the transmission of the reaction force to a vehicle driver. To improve its service life, the reaction plate includes a recess in the area of the abutment of a valve piston extension, in which recess a substantially incompressible, elastic insert is placed.

摘要： The present invention relates to a brake-power transmission device, especially for motor vehicles, including an actuated input member, an output member to exert a boosting force, especially on a main brake cylinder, and a control valve arranged in a control housing to regulate the boosting force. An axially movable pressure piece is provided in the area of a reaction member. The pressure piece is supported on the input member or the control housing, thereby permitting changes to be made in the power transmission ratio. There is a general need to provide a brake-power transmission device that enables increased boosting only when required and that allows for mechanical sensing of the brake actuation speed so that immediate maximum boost force can be exerted when required without any time delay. According to the present invention this is achieved by detachably connecting the pressure element to the control housing by way of a coupling element in order to increase boosting on the basis of a relative movement between the input member and the control housing.

摘要： A motor and pump assembly for providing pressure to a brake actuating device of a motor vehicle brake system is described herein. The assembly comprises an electric motor and a double diaphragm pump. The pump includes a pump housing, two opposed working diaphragms, and crank drives each being coupled between the electric motor and a respective diaphragm for moving the diaphragm. A working chamber is defined between the pump housing and a working chamber cover. Each working chamber including an inlet channel, an inlet valve associated with the inlet channel, an outlet channel, and an outlet valve associated with the outlet channel, wherein the outlet channels are defined in the covers of the working chamber and in the pump housing to direct air displaced from the working chambers into an inside space of the pump housing. An air outlet unit is provided for exhausting the air from the inside space.

摘要： A drum brake module for motor vehicles operable by electric motor and performs at least one parking brake function, having an electromechanical actuator mounted on one side of the armature plate and a rotational-translational movement converter converting a rotational drive rotational movement into a translational activation movement of brake shoes arranged on a side of the armature plate facing away from the actuator in a brake drum, and including at least one supporting device between the brake shoes such that the latter can carry out an activation movement in the direction of the brake drum. A drive nut is supported by the rotational-translational movement converter in an axially secure and rotatable fashion on the armature plate to assist the braking force. The drive nut drives a spindle arrangement mounted in a rotationally fixed and axially displaceable fashion and engages with an activation cable on at least one brake shoe.
