摘要： A brake actuating unit for motor vehicles includes a brake master cylinder, a booster stage which is connected in front of the brake master cylinder, and a drive unit for driving the booster stage. In order to make comfortable braking operations possible, there is provision for the transmission both of the actuating force and of the boosting force to the primary piston of the brake master cylinder to take place by a force transmission module which has at least one elastic element and is arranged in the primary piston.

摘要： A drum brake module for motor vehicles operable by electric motor and performs at least one parking brake function, having an electromechanical actuator mounted on one side of the armature plate and a rotational-translational movement converter converting a rotational drive rotational movement into a translational activation movement of brake shoes arranged on a side of the armature plate facing away from the actuator in a brake drum, and including at least one supporting device between the brake shoes such that the latter can carry out an activation movement in the direction of the brake drum. A drive nut is supported by the rotational-translational movement converter in an axially secure and rotatable fashion on the armature plate to assist the braking force. The drive nut drives a spindle arrangement mounted in a rotationally fixed and axially displaceable fashion and engages with an activation cable on at least one brake shoe.

A spring arrangement which generates an elastic preload between the brake caliper and the bracket is provided in such a way that the preload is aligned substantially perpendicular to a movement direction of the brake caliper. The spring arrangement comprises a spring element and a protective panel.

摘要： A damping bushing for a guide pin of a spot-type disc brake is disclosed, having an elastic pleated cup formed with a first end section fixed to a cylindrical body receiving the guide pin, and also formed with a second end section adapted to be assembled to a ring fixed to the guide pin. The ring has a recess which accepts a torus integral with the second end section. The torus (74) is formed with an outer large radius of curvature portion and an inner smaller radius of curvature portion which creates a cam shape. The larger radius portion allows a pleat of the second end section to force the torus over a cone shaped ring end and into the ring recess. The torus then is retained by the smaller radius portion engaging a corner of the recess.

The disk brake includes a caliper bridge, two caliper limbs and at least one actuating device. At least one brake lining is mounted in an axially movable fashion in the brake caliper. The caliper bridge has, in the peripheral direction, at least three substantially axially extending supports, wherein two of the supports are embodied as a main support and one support is embodied as a central support. These supports connect the two caliper limbs and in the process form two windows and axially project beyond the brake disk. The central support projects both beyond the brake disk and beyond the brake lining in the axial direction.

摘要： A brake pad for disc brakes is provided in which the brake pad comprises a damping plate attached to the reverse face of a lining carrier plate. The damping plate is attached to the lining carrier plate by way of projections which are molded on the lining carrier plate and extend into corresponding apertures of the damping plate. The external ends of the projections are widened so that the damping plate is pressed against the reverse face of the lining carrier plate.
