    • A signal processing apparatus in a television signal transmitting system includes: a first group of delay lines for obtaining a first series of parallel signals; a first group of coefficient multipliers for weighting the first series of signals; a first adder for adding outputs of the first group of coefficient multipliers; a second group of delay lines for obtaining a second series of parallel signals; a second group of coefficient multipliers for weighting the second series of signals; a second adder for adding outputs of the second group of coefficient multipliers and one of the first series of signals; and a transmitter for transmitting output signals from the first and second adders. A signal processing apparatus in a television signal receiving system includes: an input circuit for receiving first and second signals; a first group of delay lines for obtaining a first series of parallel signals; a first group of coefficient multipliers for weighting the first series of signals; a first adder for adding outputs of the first group of coefficient multipliers and the second signal; a second group of delay lines for obtaining a second series of parallel signals; a second group of coefficient multipliers for weighting the second series of signals; a coefficient multiplier for weighting one of the first series of signals; a second adder for adding outputs of the second group of coefficient multipliers and the coefficient multiplier; and a signal composer for composing the output signals from the first and second adders.

    • A display apparatus for displaying any data on split blocks on a display screen of a CRT. The apparatus comprises a circuit for producing a horizontal address and a vertical address of a display position on the display screen; a block address generator comparing the horizontal and vertical addresses of the display position with predetermined horizontal split addresses and vertical split addresses for generating a block address which shows one of the split blocks on the display screen according to the comparison result; a code converter for converting the block address to a predetermined code; a memory start address generator for generating a memory start address according to the code outputted from the code converter; a memory address generator for generating a memory address from the memory start address and the horizontal and vertical addresses of the display position; a display memory storing display data and output the display data according to the memory address; and a display monitor for displaying the display data outputted from the display memory on the CRT.

    • A method of forming a colored and/or electrically conductive coating layer on a glass sheet by applying a paint containing an inorganic pigment and/or a metal powder together with a powdered glass frit and an organic liquid binder onto the glass sheet, by screen-printing for instance, so as to form a paint layer on the glass sheet surface, rendering the paint layer hard and untacky and thereafter firing the paint-applied glass sheet so as to melt the glass frit contained in the paint. The organic liquid binder comprises at least one acrylate which is selected from monofunctional acrylates and bifunctional acrylates and is polymerizable by radiation of ultraviolet rays. Hardening of the paint layer is accomplished by ultraviolet radiation of very short duration, and the polymerized acrylate can be completely burnt out at the firing step without leaving unburnt carbon which is detrimental to the coating layer.

    • A vehicle body floor structure includes: a floor panel; a floor cross member provided on the floor panel and joined to left and side sills provided on left and right sides of the floor panel; and left and right front floor frames provided on the floor panel and extending from a dashboard cross member to a substantial middle region of the floor panel through a recessed portion of the floor cross member.
