In several embodiments, a stent graft delivery system can include a stent graft having a proximal portion and a distal portion, a proximal sheath and a distal sheath. The proximal sheath can be configured to cover the proximal portion of the stent graft, and the distal sheath can be configured to cover the distal portion of the stent graft. The proximal sheath and the distal sheath can be independently removable from respective ends of the stent graft such that the proximal and distal portions of the stent graft are independently deployable.

In more specific embodiments, the instrument is a vein-holding apparatus, and the tips hold a vein to be sutured at the hole. In still other embodiments, the coil is helically shaped and includes a tail element that is pulled to unwind the coil incrementally. The tail element can be pulled until the tips are exposed from the coil.

As consistent with one or more example embodiments herein, media content access is filtered for users requesting access via different user devices, based upon characteristics of the device to which the access is provided, user subscription data and publisher-specific criteria. A user-specific storefront interface is generated for each of a multitude of users, based upon the filtering. Each storefront interface indicates media content that can be displayed at the device to which access is requested, and identifies media content to which the user does and does not have subscription access. 摘要： Modular endograft devices and associated systems and methods are disclosed herein. In several embodiments, an endograft system can include a first endograft device and a second endograft device that each include an integrated frame, a cover and a lumen within the cover. Each endograft device further includes a superior portion and an inferior portion. The superior portion can have a convexly curved outer wall and a septal wall. The first and second endograft devices can be configured to extend into a low-profile configuration with a first cross-sectional dimension and a first length and self-expand into an expanded configuration with a second cross-sectional dimension greater than the first cross-sectional dimension and a second length less than the first length. In the expanded configuration, the septal walls can press against each other and form a septum between the lumens of the first and second endograft devices.
