摘要： The present invention relates to the preparation of poly(amino oxalate) (PAOX) using oxalyl chloride, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and piperazinediethanol, the preparation of biodegradable polymer particles using the PAOX, and the use of PAOX particles as a drug delivery vehicle. The PAOX according to the present invention is a polymer that has three characteristics of biodegradability, biocompatibility, and cationic properties at the same time with appropriate hydrophobicity and thus can be prepared as particles that allow rapid drug release. Moreover, the particles improve the delivery efficiency of a drug into cells and thus can be efficiently used as a drug delivery vehicle for the treatment of acute inflammatory diseases such as acute liver failure and acute lung injury.

摘要： A process according to the present invention for production of water-absorbable polyacrylic acid resin powder, including: (a) polymerizing an acrylic acid-based monomer aqueous solution containing bubbles, and (b) drying a hydrogel crosslinked polymer thus obtained in the step of polymerizing, further includes (c) lowering solubility of dissolved gas in a monomer aqueous solution in the presence of a surfactant and/or a dispersing agent, so as to generate the bubbles in the acrylic acid-based monomer aqueous solution. With this arrangement, it is possible to provide white water-absorbable resin with better water absorbing rate, keeping or without significantly losing the other properties (permeability potential, bulk specific gravity, surface tension, absorbency against pressure, impact resistance, etc.)

The drop pelletizing device can include a die plate with holes, in which the plastic melt can be subjected to a harmonic pressure oscillation such that the plastic melt emerging from the holes forms individual pellet droplets, a pressure vessel, in which prevails an overpressure above the ambient pressure, a discharge device adapted to discharge the individual pellet droplets from the pressure vessel and to reduce the overpressure, a separator adapted to separate the individual pellet droplets from the coolant; and at least one circulating device adapted to agitate the coolant to separated and unclump the individual pellet droplets in the coolant and for producing turbulence within the coolant.

These compartmentalized chips exhibit thermal characteristics that are different from the traditional technique of homogeneously combining the two materials into the chip. These compartmentalized chips in their amorphous, crystalline and solid phase polymerized forms exhibit a longer crystallization half time than the homogeneous mixture, thus permitting faster injection cycle times when compared to an equivalent homogenous mixture.
