摘要： A dyeing method and system for coloring the pile yarns of a carpet web provides for the reuse of gum used in the dyeing process and the reuse of water used for rinsing the carpet. The gum, which is extracted hot from the carpet web as it exits the steamer where the dye is set in the face yarns and prior to the rinsing of the carpet is filtered and passed through a heat exchanger into a gum storage tank for reuse. The heat exchanger is used to recover latent heat from the gum and preheat water on its way to a boiler used in the dyeing system.

摘要： A system for continuously reusing and recycling water and chemicals in consecutive dyeing cycles wherein hosiery goods are placed in a vat and subjected to dyeing, rinsing and finishing operations. The unabsorbed dye bath, rinse waste water and finish waste water are continuously recirculated to eliminate waste discharge to municipal sewage facilities. The waste waters are clarified in a treatment zone, and the unspent dye bath is continuously recirculated or periodically clarified as necessary or desirable. Treatment of the waste waters and the unabsorbed dye bath removes dyes while permitting certain chemical constituents to remain in the clarified water for reuse in subsequent dyeing cycles.

摘要： A system and a method for treating a textile material with ozone gas. The system includes: an ozone gas supply system, a hollow chamber fillable with ozone provided by said gas supply system, a textile-feeding port connected to said chamber and comprising a first liquid fillable tank, a textile-discharging port connected to said chamber and comprising a second liquid fillable tank, guide rollers, driving rollers, at least one tension compensator located inside the hollow chamber. The system is adapted for implementing the method, the latter including: using the system and providing liquid to said first and second tanks, providing ozone gas to said hollow chamber, driving the textile material to pass tensed through the system while controlling its tension using the tension compensators. The use of the tension compensators prevents the formation of ozone induced defects on the textile material.
