    • PURPOSE: An injection device of a fuel injection pump is provided to minimize damage by restricting cavitation caused by pressure drop. CONSTITUTION: An injection device of a fuel injection pump comprises a plunger(100) and a barrel(200). The plunger includes a release groove(102) which is communicated with a plunger chamber(202), a control edge(104) which is communicated with the release groove, and a damping groove(130) which is connected to the top of the plunger or the release groove in order to provide a fine flow passage for fuel. The barrel communicates the plunger chamber with an oil feed/discharge chamber and has a spill port(206) which contacts the control edge to release the pressure of the plunger chamber. Before the pressure release, the damping groove contacts the spill port to form a fine flow passage for a fuel from the plunger chamber to the spill port.

    • A control valve of a heavy oil operation injector is provided to spatially divide a 3/2 directional valve, a piston rod, a nozzle needle and a 2/2 directional valve and to emit push load and other mechanical connection part. A control valve of a heavy oil operation injector includes a control chamber(2). Fuel is supplied to the control chamber through a fuel supply line having a supply throttle(7.1). In order to reduce a fuel pressure of the control chamber to open a nozzle needle, a load of a spring element(3.1) is reduced by a magnet(3). The fuel pressure in the control chamber is discharged by opening the 2/2 directional valve through a discharge throttle(7.2) disposed at an initial part of a connection channel(6). The 2/2 directional valve is formed as a ball to open or close an opening. The connection channel having a length is used to thermally divide the magnet from a lower region of the injector heated through a combustion process to switch the 2/2 directional valve.

    • 본 발명은 전자석에 의해 전,후진 가능한 이동판에 의해 오리피스의 단면적을 감소 또는 증감시킬수 있는 가변형 오리피스를 갖춘 커먼레일 인젝터에 관한 것으로서, 입,출구 오리피스의 측부에 전,후진 가능하도록 각각 설치되는 이동판과, 상기 이동판을 전자력에 의해 전진시킬 수 있도록 상기 이동판의 후방부에 각각 설치되는 전자석과, 상기 이동판을 후진시킬 수 있도록 복원력을 주기 위하여 상기 각 이동판의 뒷면에 연결되는 스프링과, 상기 전자석에 전류를 공급하기 위해 구비되는 전원공급장치와, 상기 전자석에 공급되는 전류의 양을 제어하기 위해 구비되는 제어장치로 구성된다.
      본 발명에 의하면, 커먼레일 인젝터의 입,출구 오리피스의 단면적을 전자석에 의해 가변적으로 변경하여 최적의 연료분사율에 따른 오리피스 단면적을 쉽게 구할 수 있도록 함으로써 엔진개발기간 및 비용을 크게 절감시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
