    • An injector for an internal combustion engine is provided to enhance a residual pressure characteristic by installing a supply throttle towards an upper pressure chamber and installing an exhaust throttle spaced apart from the upper pressure chamber. An injector for an internal combustion engine comprises a supply throttle(11) and an exhaust throttle(10). A nozzle needle(2) opens/closes a lateral section of an nozzle. An upper part of the nozzle needle has an upper pressure chamber(4) and a lower pressure chamber(7) into which fuel is provided. The 3/2 way valve(8) provides the upper and lower pressure chambers with fuel through a first fuel tube(15). The upper pressure chamber is connected to a pressure control valve(17) through a second fuel tube(16). The pressure control valve is open to reduce a pressure of the upper pressure chamber.

    • A fuel injector is provided to reduce abrasion and pollution by suppressing influence of a high temperature cylinder combustion chamber to a nozzle cap during operation of an engine to a level of a water-cooling injection nozzle without requiring complex water cooling. A fuel injector includes a pipe type nozzle body(2) which has a longitudinal shaft in which a nozzle needle(3) is guided and at least one injection hole formed at a nozzle cap(7) in order to inject a fuel into a combustion chamber of a cylinder of an internal combustion engine. A peripheral surface(10) of the nozzle body gets thinner toward the combustion chamber. A transverse cross section of the nozzle body is increased from the nozzle cap to a collar(12) of the nozzle body. A ratio of the combustion chamber side diameter of the nozzle and the diameter of the cylinder of the internal combustion engine is 0.08 to 0.11.

    • A fuel-scavenged piston pump is provided to prevent lacquering between a pump cylinder and a pump piston caused by used fuel. A fuel-scavenged piston pump includes a wide ring groove(5c). The wide ring groove is formed at an inner surface of a pump piston. Discharge ports(8) are connected through a discharge ring groove. The discharge ring groove is formed at an inner surface of the pump cylinder. A single hole guided to the exterior of the cylinder housing is still needed. A gap(14) is formed from a lower edge of a supply ring groove to an upper edge of the wide ring groove. When the wide ring groove is connected to the discharge ports(6,8) to be in communication with fluid, the gap is a sealing surface formed with respect to the supply ring groove.

    • A control valve of a heavy oil operation injector is provided to spatially divide a 3/2 directional valve, a piston rod, a nozzle needle and a 2/2 directional valve and to emit push load and other mechanical connection part. A control valve of a heavy oil operation injector includes a control chamber(2). Fuel is supplied to the control chamber through a fuel supply line having a supply throttle(7.1). In order to reduce a fuel pressure of the control chamber to open a nozzle needle, a load of a spring element(3.1) is reduced by a magnet(3). The fuel pressure in the control chamber is discharged by opening the 2/2 directional valve through a discharge throttle(7.2) disposed at an initial part of a connection channel(6). The 2/2 directional valve is formed as a ball to open or close an opening. The connection channel having a length is used to thermally divide the magnet from a lower region of the injector heated through a combustion process to switch the 2/2 directional valve.
