    • 본발명은음용차용건조슬라이스송이버섯의제조방법에관한것이다.본발명의음용차용건조슬라이스송이버섯의제조방법은, 송이버섯의표면을붓질하여송이버섯표면의이물질을털어내는 1차손질단계와; 나무칼을이용하여상기송이버섯의겉껍질을긁어내는 2차손질단계와; 2차손질된송이버섯의표면에스팀을분사하여 1차살균처리하는 1차살균단계와; 나무칼을이용하여 1차살균처리된송이버섯을일정크기로절단한후 건조기에투입하여 50 ~ 60℃의조건으로 35 ~ 45분동안건조시키는 1차건조단계와; 상기 1차건조단계를거친송이버섯을일 1회씩스팀분사후 2 ~ 3시간동안햇빛에노출시키기를 4 ~ 6일동안반복하는반복살균건조단계와; 4 ~ 6일동안의건조가완료된건조버섯을방수포장지를활용하여포장하는포장단계;를포함하여구성된다.본발명에의해, 비교적큰 크기로슬라이스처리되고이 상태로건조됨으로써육안상으로고급스러운외관을제공하여소비자의시각적만족도를높일수 있게된다. 아울러, 4 ~ 6일에걸쳐스팀공급과양건이반복적으로진행되어제조됨으로써전체적으로고른질감을가지며향이오랫동안유지될수 있게된다. 또, 스팀은송이버섯의열수추출액으로이루어져수분접촉에의해향이날라가는것을억제할수 있다. 또한, 손질시송이버섯분말과소금을활용하여붓질을함으로써이물질의제거가원할히이루어지면서향의손실이커지는것을억제할수 있다. 더불어, 스팀분사와양건을반복함에있어서초기몇일은송이버섯과뽀리뱅이혼합물을열수추출액을활용하여음용전 포장개봉시발생하는퀴퀴한냄새를억제하여상품성을가일층높일수 있게된다.

    • PURPOSE: A desiccating apparatus and a desiccating method thereof are provided to dehydrate the liquid included inside leaf vegetables/foot vegetables as much as they can. CONSTITUTION: A main body(111) is formed in a lump. A pump(121) rotates water which is in a lump, a molecular press dehydrating agent and leaf vegetables/root vegetables. Several ultrasonic vibrator(135) stirs by vibrating water which is in a lump and a molecular press dehydrating agent. An ultrasonic wave oscillator(131) operates ultrasonic vibrators. A pump is connected to a water pipe(123). A valve(125) is installed in the water pipe. A pump is connected to the outside water pipe such as a water pipe which supplies water from outside to the pump. Prepare small pieces of leaf vegetables/root vegetables, and a mixture of water and molecular press dehydrating agent. Mix the sliced leaf vegetables/root vegetables and the mixture of water and molecular press dehydrating agent at a ratio of 1:1.2:1.6 and 1:0.75-0.5:1. Dehydrate the liquid of leaf vegetables/root vegetables by rotating mixed leaf vegetables/root vegetables, water and dextrin at a constant time interval. A molecular press dehydrating agent uses dextrin. Root vegetables cut into a thickness of 3-8mm. Use water which is cold water of Celsius 4. Leaf vegetables/ root vegetables are dehydrated in a lump for 12 hours.

    • The present invention relates to a method to dry oyster shells and, more specifically, comprising the steps of: (1) mixing the oyster shell with a medium absorbing water; (2) agitating the mixture from the mixing step (1); (3) putting the mixture after agitating; and (4) separating the oyster shell from the medium absorbing water. Using the drying method of the present invention, the oyster shell is enabled to be used as a powder fertilizer by drying the oyster shell at lower costs for a short time, and the number of processing oyster shells enables the processing and drying of the oyster shells step by step in a moisture content lie in a range whose range is not more than 10-20% and 10% or less.
