    • The present invention relates to an ergonomic device (100) for manual input of control signals in a computer environment. The device (100) is adapted for connection in communication with a computer processing unit, and comprises: a base (10) for supporting the device on an operating surface; a control panel (20) provided on the base (10), including a manipulation member (21) mounted on and upstanding from the base (10) for manual manipulation by a user, the manipulation member (21) being movable relative to the base (10) to generate corresponding input control signals within the computer environment; and a palm rest (40) provided on the base (10) for supporting the palm of the user's hand during use of the device (100). The control panel (20) further includes a group of user input buttons (22, 23, 24), each of which can be actuated to generate an associated input control signal, wherein at least one of said buttons (22, 23, 24) is programmable.     • PURPOSE: A control method and a touch point identification method and system utilizing an electronic data link is provided to be used for vehicular master clutches, preferably wet friction clutches, utilized in partially or fully automated mechanical transmission systems. CONSTITUTION: A control method is characterized by: applying an input shaft braking element to prevent rotation of the input shaft, causing an engine to develop a first torque at an output member, applying the clutch until engine speed stabilizes at an engine idle speed, and sensing as a first value of a control parameter the value of the parameter when engine speed is stabilized at the idle speed; then applying the input shaft braking element to prevent rotation of the input shaft, causing the engine to develop a second torque different from the first torque at the output member, applying the clutch until engine speed stabilizes at the idle speed, and sensing as a second value of the control parameter the value of the control when engine speed is stabilized at the idle speed; and using the first value of the control parameter and the first value of torque as a first point and the second value of the control parameter and the second value of torque as a second point, defining a linear relationship between the control parameter values and clutch torque capacity.

    • A shift lever device is provided to test a spring before mounting a handle on a tubular member and guarantee operation of the shift lever device by arranging a spring supporting sleeve in a metallic tube and reliably supporting a lateral end of the handle of the spring through the spring supporting sleeve. A shift lever device comprises a housing; and a shift lever rotatively supported at the housing. The shift lever includes a tubular member(2) formed with a recess unit on the inner surface; a rod(4) disposed at the tubular member to be moved along the shaft and formed with a spring supporting unit; springs(7,19) disposed around the rod and combined with the spring supporting unit in a touch method on one faced end to press the rod so as to be combined with the housing on the lower end in a lock method; a handle(1) connected with one end of the tubular member; a handle button(6) movably installed on the handle and pulled of the pressed rod upward about a bias of the spring to release the rod from the housing and connected with the rod to rotate the shift lever; and spring supporting sleeves(20) disposed in the tubular member to support the other end of the spring. The spring supporting sleeve is formed with a protrusion unit on the outer peripheral surface to be combined with the recess unit of the tubular member.
