The latch(136) is used for storing the logical values of the logical circuit block and outputting the logical values after a logical process of the logical circuit block.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring an internal defect of a pressure vessel is provided to measure the internal defect of the pressure vessel in real time by using a laser shearography. CONSTITUTION: A gas inlet(3) is formed at one side of a pressure vessel(1) and a hose(5) is connected to one end of the gas inlet(3). A gas feeder(7) is connected to the other end of the hose(5). A laser shearography(10) is installed in front of the pressure vessel(1). The laser shearography(10) improves quality of a fringe image while analyzing a complicated fringe pattern. The laser shearography(10) includes a CCD for detecting variation of the pressure vessel(1), and a light source formed around the CCD in order to radiate laser beam into the pressure vessel(1).

CONSTITUTION: An encoder(1) consists of plural registers(10,12,14,16,18,20) outputting input 2-bit codes as the previous code(P0P1), the current code(C0C1) and the next code(N0N1) via delayers(22,24); and plural logic gates(26) logically combining the codes of previous code registers(18,20), current code registers(14,16) and next code registers(10,12) to set at least 1 of 5-bit code word(O0O1O2O3O4) output through an output buffer(28) lower than 1. The output buffer is enabled by a clock obtained from a half-divided clock signal. The encoder uses an auxiliary modulation code for meeting the condition of d=3 and k=11 if error input is generated. Therefore, high reliability of data recording is performed.

CONSTITUTION: A revolutionary body(10) projected toward an external of a remote controller is rotated according to an operation of a user, and forms an inscribed gear(1) on a back part thereof. Also, the revolutionary body(10) tooth the first planetary gear(3) and the second planetary gear(5) in an internal side of the inscribed gear(1) and forms a bevel gear part(7) on an external circumference thereof. The first bevel gear(15) and the second bevel gear(20) toothed with the bevel gear part(7) of the revolutionary body(10) to be rectangular are respectively rotated according to the rotation of the revolutionary body(10). A permanent magnet rotating member(30) toothed with a central axial line of the first and second bevel gears(15,20) to be rectangular is rotated according to the rotation of the first and second bevel gears(15,20), and attaches a permanent magnet(21) in an internal circumference thereof. A rotor(40) is rotatable from an internal side of the permanent magnet(21) of the permanent magnet rotating member(30), winds a coil(31) in one side of an external circumference thereof, and attaches a pinion(35) toothed with the first and second planetary gears(3,5) of the revolutionary body(10) in a front end of a rotation axis(33). A support member(5) in a channel shape supports the first and second bevel gears(15,20), permanent magnet rotating member(30) and the rotor(40) to be rotative.
