    • PURPOSE: A brittle glass breaking system and a breaking method using the same are provided to prevent scratch or chipping failure and weakening of surface pressure of the brittle glasses. CONSTITUTION: A brittle glass breaking system comprises work tables(110) and a breaking unit(120). Magnetic sheets(111) are installed at the upper side of the work table and a brittle glass(1) is installed on the magnetic sheet. The brake unit is installed at the upper part of the work table, and has a breaking bar(121). The break bar is located to have distance from the surface of the brittle glass. The break bar includes a magnet. The magnetic sheet is bent upwards due to magnetism of the break bar. A brittle glass break method comprises the following steps: loading the brittle glass on the magnetic sheet of the work table; locating the breaking of the brittle glass to be at the lower part of the break bar; and breaking the brittle glass by pulling the magnetic sheet by using magnetic force.     • A drum brake is provided to contact a rib part to a support part, and to prevent noise in bumping the rib part into the support part by moving a brake shoe with a first guide unit and a second guide unit and contacting an outer periphery of a brake lining to an inner periphery of a drum. A drum brake includes a back plate(20) combined with a vehicle body, a drum(10) faced to the back plate and rotated with a wheel, a couple of brake shoes(30) having a rim(32) attached to a lining(31) contacted to an inner periphery of the drum for braking and a web(33) supporting the inner periphery of the rim, wherein a pair of return springs(60) return of brake shoes in releasing of braking, a rib part(34) extended from the side of the rim, and a support part(21) protruded from the back plate to move and support the rib part. A first guide unit and a second guide unit are formed in the inner periphery of the drum and the outer periphery of the lining and engaged with each other to guide movement of the brake shoe. A guide groove(31a) of the first guide unit is recessed in the lining, and a guide projection(11) of the second guide unit is protruded from the drum.

CONSTITUTION: A mechanical drum brake is composed of a back plate(20) combined with a body of a vehicle; a drum faced to the back plate, and rotated with a wheel; a restoring spring(80) contacted to the inner periphery of the drum to brake, and installed in the front of the back plate; two brake shoes returned by the restoring spring; an anchor pin(40) inserted between brake shoes, and fixed in the back plate to support the brake shoes; and an elastic member(48) mounted in the anchor pin to prevent collision noise between the brake shoes and the anchor pin. The collision noise between the brake shoes and the anchor pin is reduced with mounting the elastic member in the anchor pin in releasing braking.
