    • PURPOSE: A device for preventing a crankshaft from being slipped is provided to prevent the crankshaft from being slipped toward the front direction of an engine through forming a gap between a crank rear flange and a cylinder block. CONSTITUTION: In case of a normal traveling without gear shift, oil passes through a main gallery hole and an oil hole of a crankshaft. Then, the oil passes through a first gap(G1), a second gap(G2), an oil flow hole(32), a through hole(38), and the oil flow hole. Then, the oil is returned to a crank arm(30) of the crankshaft for being circulated to an oil pan. In case of stepping on a clutch pedal, the oil in a clutch mast cylinder(48) is operated to an upper surface of a piston(40) through an oil supply hole(28). Then, the through hole of the piston is deviated from the oil flow hole. Therefore, the oil is stayed on the second gap. Therefore, the oil in the second gap forms a specific hydraulic pressure for preventing the crankshaft from being slipped.

    • PURPOSE: An engine for power generation is provided to precisely and accurately control the supply and exhaust of working fluid. CONSTITUTION: An engine for power generation comprises an engine block (10), a crank shaft, pistons (30), supply and exhaust blocks (40), valve units, and a distributor (60). A crank chamber and a pair of cylinders face to each other inside the engine block. The crank shaft penetrates through the crank chamber. The pistons are connected to the crank shaft by connection rods (31) and are installed inside the cylinders. The supply and exhaust blocks are installed in the sides of the engine block and respectively have a supply hole and an exhaust hole. The valve units are installed in the exhaust holes. The distributor is coupled to the crank shaft to rotate with the crank shaft.

    • PURPOSE: A crankshaft device is provided to reduce friction loss by stopping operation of first, second and third cylinders among six cylinders. CONSTITUTION: A crankshaft device includes: crankshafts(10,11) divided into a variable part and a drive part; a clutch(30) installed between the variable crankshaft and the drive crankshaft; first, second, and third cylinders(12,14,16) installed on the variable crankshaft; fourth, fifth, and sixth cylinders(18,20,22) installed on the drive crankshaft; a pair of gear devices in front of the first cylinder; a first plate gear(44) in front of the gear device; a first phase sensor(46) installed in one side of the first plate gear to detect rpm of the variable crankshaft; a second plate gear(40) installed on the drive crankshaft between the fourth cylinder and the clutch; and a second phase sensor(42) installed in one side of the second plate gear to detect rpm of the drive crankshaft. At a low-load or partial load range, connection of the first, second, and third cylinders is cut off and the fourth, fifth, and sixth cylinders are ignited. Therefore, piston is stopped and unnecessary friction loss is reduced.
