PURPOSE: A device and a method for forming brake actuator, which can prevent the leakage of lubricant and fluid, are provided to prevent the air gaps between a sealer and a sealer groove. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming brake actuator comprises a brake actuator, a mandrel(52) and a tucking tool(40). The brake actuator comprises a flange case(14). The flange case comprises a web part(16) controlling a central opening. The web part comprises a peripheral wall forming the groove for accepting sealer. The mandrel supports the web part of the flange case.
