    • 본발명은밴드형상또는플레이트형상인재료의전기접촉에관한것인데, 상기재료는운반트랙상에서전기도금시스템을통해이송될수 있다. 캐소드로성극되는접촉수단이예컨대전해질내에서재료의하면상에위치하게되는데, 상기전해질은전기도금시스템에서순환된다. 상기재료는재료에전류를전달하기위해전기적으로접촉하게된다. 종래기술에있어서, 접촉수단은재료에추가하여금속코팅된다. 상기금속코팅은접촉으로인해지속적으로분명히제거된다. 본발명에따르면, 예컨대각각의관형접촉수단은냉각유닛또는냉각매체에의해냉각된다. 전해질의작동온도와접촉수단의표면온도사이의온도차가충분히크면접촉수단의냉각된표면상에금속이전혀증착되지않는다. 이러한특성은, 사용되는전해질에서캐소드로금속코팅될수 없는접촉수단(6)의표면에추가될수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A tube form of a high electric-field anodizing device is intended to provide a porous metal oxide tube in a simple way since a wholly uniform nano structure can be formed on a long tube form of metal anode. CONSTITUTION: A tube form of a high electric-field anodizing device comprises metal anode(100), anode fixing units(200), a cooling unit(300), an electrolyte supply unit(400), cathode(500) and a cathode fixing unit(600). The anode fixing unit is coupled to both sides of the anode and consists of a fixing hole(210) for fixing the anode and an anode contact hole(220) for making electrical contact with the anode. The cooling unit is located between the anode fixing units and holds the anode to enable cooling medium to be supplied to the outside of the anode. The supply unit is coupled to the side of the anode fixing unit and is formed so that electrolyte is supplied from one side of the metal anode and is discharged to the other side of the metal anode.

    • PURPOSE: A plating device is provided to improve plating efficiency and prevent a fire caused by the overheating of a heater. CONSTITUTION: A plating device comprises a bath(10), a heater(20), a temperature sensor(30), and an embedded controller(40). A plating liquid is put in the bath. The heater heats the liquid to keep the temperature of the plating liquid from being lowered. The temperature sensor is integrally formed in the heater and senses the temperature of the heated liquid in real time. The embedded controller comprises program(41) for analyzing the operating state of the heater based on the sensed temperature, a storage(42), and a timer(43).

The first high frequency inductive heater of the coil mode is installed in order to face to both sides of the metal plate. The first high frequency inductive heater of the coil mode inductively heats the metal plate through an inductive magnetic field. The second high frequency inductive heater is installed to face to the both surfaces of the metal plate. The air cooler supplies air to the both surfaces of the metal plate.
