    • PURPOSE: A monomer, oligomer and polymer containing 4-fluorothiophene repeating unit and its use as a charge transport material are provided, to improve the charge transporting property, the processability and the oxidation stability. CONSTITUTION: The monomer, oligomer and polymer comprises at least one identical or different repeating unit represented by -£(Y)a-(D)b-(Z)c|-, wherein D is 3-substituted-4-fluorothiophene group represented by the formula 2. In the formula 2, R1 is a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group of C1-C20 (wherein the group is unsubstituted or substituted with at least one F, Cl, Br, I, CN or OH, and at least one non-adjacent CH2 groups can be independently replaced one another by -O-, -S-, -NH-, -NR0-, -SiR0R00-, -CO-, -COO-, -OCO-, -OCO-O-, -S-CO-, -CO-S-, -CH=CH- or C-C triple bond in such a way that O and/or S atoms are not linked directly to one another), or optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl group, R0 and R00 are independently H or an alkyl group of C1-C12; Y and Z are independently -CX1=CX2-, C-C triple bond, or optionally substituted arylene or heteroarylene; X1 and X2 are independently H, F, Cl or CN; and a, b and c are independently 0 or 1, a+b+c>0, and b is 1 in at least one repeating unit.
