    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing C-22 sophorolipids derivative compound is provided to ensure excellent surfactant performance and simply prepare the sophorolipids having a single carbon atom. CONSTITUTION: An acidic form C-22 sophorolipid derivative compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A lactone form C-22 sophorolipid derivative compound is denoted by chemical formula 2. A method for preparing C-22 sophoroliipid derivative compound comprises: a step 1 of culturing Candida sp. in a medium containing oil of C-22 fatty acid; and a step of treating with ethyl acetate to extract sophorolipid and treating with hexane to remove residual oil; The oil is C-22 solid fatty acid, C-22-increased canola oil or their methylesterization product.

    • A synthesis of peptide nucleic acid which an amino acid spacer is binded is provided to maintain enough space between the surface of fixation supporter and PNA oligomer and improve the sensitivity and specificity of target gene detection. A PNA which amino acid spacer is binded is denoted by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Z is 8-40 PNA oligomers of nucleic acid and the N-terminal of PNA oligomer is binded to a carbonyl. L1 and L2 is chemical bond and straight or branch alkylene of 1-15 carbon atoms. The carbon of alkylene is substituted with oxygen of 1-8 carbon atoms. Y is linker for fixing on hydrogen or supporter. m and n are independently integer of 1-10. The monomer of amino acid spacer is denoted by the chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 2, L1 and L2 is independently chemical bond or straight or branch alkylene of 1-15 carbon atoms. The carbon of alkylene is substituted with oxygen of 1-8 carbon atoms. X is hydrogen or amine protection group.
