    • PURPOSE: An electrolytic processing apparatus is provided to obtain a processing surface with corrosion resistance and gloss by coating the surface with an oxide film. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic processing device(100) includes a frame unit(110), first and second electrode units(121,122), first and second sealing units(130,190), an insulation unit(150), and an electrolyte supply unit(140). The frame part moves along the inner and outer directions of a groove(20). The first and second electrode units are inserted into the groove while being respectively combined with the front and rear sides of the frame unit. The first and second sealing units seal an electrolytic processing space from the outside. The first sealing unit seals a space between the inner side of the groove and the outer side of the first electrode unit. The insulation unit prevents the electrical connection of the first and second electrodes. The electrolyte supply unit supplies the first and second electrolytes into an electrolytic processing space and an electrolytic polishing space.

    • PURPOSE: An electrode tool for electrolytic machining and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the exfoliation of the gold plating layer even if insulation fluid of high pressure flows on the gold plating layer since the top surface of the gold plating layer is flush with the upper side of the non-conductive insulating layer. CONSTITUTION: An electrode tool for electrolytic machining comprises a base material(110), a non-conductive insulating layer(120), and a conductive layer(130). The base material has a conductive pattern(111) projected corresponding to fine grooves, and applied with negative current. The non-conductive insulating layer covers the whole upper surface of the base material except for the conductive pattern. The conductive layer is formed on the conductive pattern in order to protect the conductive pattern, with the top surface flush with the top surface of the non-conductive insulating layer.
