摘要： PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sink bowl is provided to implement electrolysis polishing on the surface of the sink bowl on which various patterns are formed, thereby preventing scratches and corrosion from occurring, and at the same time maintaining a unique color without discoloration due to water scale after a long period of use. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sink bowl(100) comprises: a pattern forming step(S10) of forming patterns for decoration on the surface of a stainless plate(110); and a press molding step(S20) of processing the stainless plate, on which the patterns are formed, into a sink bowl shape by press molding. In the pattern forming step, the patterns are formed on the center portion, the left side, the right side, and the upper portion of the stainless plate. The widths of the patterns, which are formed on the left and the right side, are narrower than those of the patterns which are to be actually expressed on the surface of the sink bowl. The heights of the patterns, which are formed on the upper portion, are lower than those of the patterns which are to be actually expressed on the surface of the sink bowl. In the pattern forming step, the patterns are formed on the stainless plate by etching. The pattern forming step comprises: a drawing step(S12) of drawing the desired patterns on the stainless plate; an etching step(S14) of corroding the formed patterns on the stainless plate with an etching liquid; and a drying step(S16) of inserting the corroded stainless plate into an oven for drying.
