    • 본 발명은 해양 심층수의 담수화방법과 이를 이용하여 음료수를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 해수면에서 수심 200m보다 깊은 곳의 해양 심층수를 취수하여 1차 전기추출에 의해서 탈염처리한 다음, 2차 역삼투여과에 의해서 탈염처리하여 생산된 담수를 이용하여 음료수를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
      이를 위하여 본 발명은, 해수면에서 수심 200m보다 깊은 곳의 해양 심층수를 취수하여 가온 처리, 전처리여과를 한 다음, 전기추출법에 의한 염분을 1차 탈염처리한 후 pH를 9∼11로 조정하여 붕산을 폴리 붕산으로 전환하여 저압 역삼투여과를 하여 생산된 담수에, 전 처리된 해양 심층수에 칼슘 제를 주입하여 조정한 것을 전기추출법에 의한 1가 염 제거공정에서 염분을 제거한 미네랄수에 비환원성이당류(Nonreducing disaccharide)인 자당(Sucrose) 또는 트레할로스(Trehalose)를 첨가한 것을 주입하여 경도를 50∼1,000㎎/ℓ범위로 조정하여 음료수를 제조한다.
      본 발명의 해양 심층수로부터 음용수생산은 종래의 나노여과, 고압 역삼투여과, 전기투석방법에 의해서 음료수를 생산하는 방법에 비해서 시설비 및 생산비가 저렴하기 때문에 음료수제조분야에 널리 이용되는 효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다.
