    • A joint member capable of easily and solidly jointing a wiper arm (mainly a U hook-type) of various types to a wiper blade main body is provided at low cost. A joint member (20) is structured from a fitting member (21) on which a U hook portion (11) of a wiper arm (10) is fitted, a fixing member (22) for holding the U hook portion (11) between itself and the fitting member (21), and a flexible connection portion (23) for connecting a rear end (21B) of the fitting member (21) and a rear end (22B) of the fixing member (22). The fitting member (21) is rotatably installed on an installation pin (9) of a wiper blade main body (1), and the angle between the wiper arm (10) and the wiper blade in installation work can be appropriately changed. The U hook portion (11) is held between a forward side- plate (41) of the fixing member (21) and a front end (21A) of the fitting member (21). Both side plates (42, 43) of the fixing member (21) are in contact with side face portions (2B, 2C) of the wiper blade main body (1), so that oscillation between the wiper arm (10) and the wiper blade is prevented from occurring.

    • PURPOSE: Track arrangement for supporting wall studs, a wall framework assembly and an assembling method are provided to use and fix the frame member conveniently and safely without deformation, and to install the track easily at low cost. CONSTITUTION: Arrangement of a track supports wall studs(7,7a). The track arrangement includes a central longitudinal extension part(21), first and second sidewalls(11,12) and the first stud clip arrangement comprising a pair of stud clips(18,19). Each clip comprises a portion of the sidewall bent inwardly to form a cam surface and a stud ridge receiver. During use, the stud is forced toward the cam surface with bending the clip until a portion of the stud ridge is received in the stud ridge receiver. The stud is fixed against undesired movement relative to the track. Wall assemblies preferably involve one such track arrangement positioned on the floor as a floor track(6), and one on the ceiling as a ceiling track(5) with extending the stud. A wall framework assembly is combined as a slip track, or as a non-slip track.
