The cooling and heating part is arranged in the other side of the internal space of the case and discharges air heat-exchanged with the indoor air or outdoor air into a room. The ventilation part communicates with the case so that the internal air of the case can be discharged to the outside or the outdoor air can be drawn into the case. The flow conversion part is arranged in the ventilation part and makes the ventilation part selectively communicate with one of the heat exchange part and the cooling and heating part.

The inner pipe is formed into a screw type to guide the flow of the coolant.
