    • PURPOSE: A uniform electric field dielectric barrier discharging reactor is provided to reduce a cost required for manufacturing processes and uniformly generating electric field in the operation of the reactor. CONSTITUTION: A uniform electric field dielectric barrier discharging reactor includes an electrode unit, a dielectric catalyst container(4), a flow direction determining plate, and an insulating housing(2). The electrode unit is composed of an anode plate(3) and a cathode plate(31). The dielectric catalyst container is fixed between the anode plate and the cathode plate. The flow direction determining plate is mounted in the dielectric catalyst container. The anode plate, the cathode plate, and the dielectric catalyst container are arranged in the insulating housing. The insulating housing forms an inlet(7) and an outlet(8). The electrode unit includes an insulating flat frame structure and discharging needles. The discharging needles are uniformly dispersed on the insulating flat frame structure. The discharging needles are parallelly in electric connection with a circuit on the electrode unit.
