    • The objective of the present invention is to provide a plasma burner having an arc of 1-3 cm diameter, and a large volume arc jet near a nozzle neck in order to process a large flow of liquid fuel by plasma generated by supplying electric power of several tens to several hundreds of kW forming an elongated arc. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the plasma burner comprises: an accommodation unit which provides discharge air and has a first space; the nozzle neck which has a minimum diameter on the end of the first space, and a second space gradually expanding; a housing including an expanding unit extended from the nozzle neck and gradually expanding; an installation unit combined with the end of the accommodation unit and seals one side of the first space; an electrode installed in the installation unit and is located in the first space which has the elongated arc extended to the nozzle neck; and a nozzle installed in the nozzle neck in order to spray at least one of fuel and air.

    • An arc plasma reactor for decomposing inert gas is provided. An arc plasma reactor for decomposing inert gas according to the present invention includes: a reaction chamber; arc ground electrode and arc high voltage electrode which are installed inside the reaction chamber; a high voltage connection terminal for connecting high voltage to the arc high voltage electrode; a gas inlet which is connected to the reaction chamber and through which inert gas is inputted; a discharge outlet which is connected to the reaction chamber and through which inert gas inputted through the gas inlet is decomposed and discharged; and an inductor which is formed around the reaction chamber for generating a magnetic field by flowing current. A swirl is generated in a direction of discharge of plasma gas due to the inductor. According to the present invention, the power consumption can be reduced by reducing the consumption of arc current for generation of arc plasma by generating a magnetic field to the arc plasma electrode using a power conversion circuit of power device required for arch discharge in an arc plasma reactor, and expands the life time of electrode by avoiding local wear of the electrode by extending the arc discharge generated in the local area of general electrode due to a magnetic field formed to the arc electrode, and the processing process using the arc plasma can be efficiently done with lost costs by uniformly extending an arc plasma area using a magnetic field.

    • A portable plasma arc torch system can be used for processing materials. The system includes a replaceable or rechargeable power source and replaceable or rechargeable gas source. A controller communicates with at least one of the power source or the gas source.
