    • The object of the present invention is to provide a plasma burner for stabilizing the flame and increasing the processable fuel amount. A plasma burner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first housing to supply a discharge air; electrodes installed on the inside of the first housing to set a discharge gap between the first housing; a first fuel nozzle installed in the first housing for supplying fuel to the discharge electrodes and for forming ignition flame by mixing with the discharge air; a second housing connected and extended to the first housing; a second fuel nozzle installed in the second housing for supplying fuel to the ignited flame; a third housing forming a space which is expanded farther than the second housing in the front of the second fuel nozzle; and an air nozzle installed in front of the second fuel nozzle for supplying air.

    • PURPOSE: A plasma torch device and incineration equipment using the same are provided to easily control a distance from the inner surface of a discharge tube or housing to an electrode probe of an ignition electrode module. CONSTITUTION: A plasma torch device(100) comprises a housing(110), a discharge tube(130), an electromagnetic wave supply module(120), a discharge gas supply module, and an ignition electrode module(140). The discharge tube is arranged inside the housing and is connected to a flame jetting hole(113) of the housing. The electromagnetic wave supply module supplies electromagnetic waves to the discharge tube through a waveguide tube(122). The discharge gas supply module supplies discharge gas to the discharge tube. The ignition electrode module is inserted into the discharge tube and generates plasma using the supplied electromagnetic waves and discharge gas. When the plasma is generated, the ignition electrode module is drawn out from the discharge tube.

    • PURPOSE: A melting-type slag treatment and gasification reactor using plasma is provided to remove tar from combustible gas transferred in a transfer path using a plasma burner. CONSTITUTION: A melting-type slag treatment and gasification reactor(R) using plasma comprises a waste inlet(10), a heating burner, a transfer path(30), a slag outlet(50), a combustible gas outlet(40), and a plasma burner(60). The waste inlet penetrates through the inside the reactor. The heating burner pyrolyzes waste inputted through the waste inlet. Combustible gas and slag generated from the pyrolyzed waste is transferred to the transfer path. The slag vertically falls down through the slag outlet and is discharged to the outside. The combustible gas is discharged to the outside through the combustible gas outlet. The plasma burner removes tar from the combustible gas and detaches the slag from the transfer path.
