    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for automatically confirming a switching state is provided to confirm whether a switching operation of a corresponding hierarchy according to a transmission speed fails or transmission data does not exist by confirming a signal recorded in a switching map. CONSTITUTION: A TSI(Time Space Interface)(10) switches data to a channel of a destination to which the data are transmitted with reference to a switching map for composing a data signal provided according to each channel. A monitor block(20) monitors data outputted from the TSI(10) at a transmission speed according to a corresponding channel. A control unit(30) analyzes the data monitored in the monitor block(20), judges whether the data are normally transmitted or the switching is not performed, and outputs a necessary control signal. A pattern generating unit(40) generates an intrinsic pattern signal for discriminating a hierarchy according to transmission speeds with DS1, DS1E, and DS3 levels by the control of the control unit(30).

    • A communication system having an optimum call-termination tracking function and its control method are provided to improve the quality of a communication service by managing a plurality of different communication equipments through a single representative number. A PBX(Private Branched eXchange)(2) registers a representative number for communication with a plurality of different communication equipments(1A-1N) and performs a call function through the representative number. When a representative number call signal is received by the PBX(2), a management server(3) tracks a communication equipment available for an optimum call and connects a call to a corresponding terminal(6). A WAN(Wide Area Network)(4) connects the management server(3) and the different communication equipments(1A-1N) through a LAN.

    • PURPOSE: A method for providing private information to a call center using the intelligent network is provided to overcome the duplicity of private information and the limitation of area, by providing calling subscriber information composed of a calling line identification and private information to the CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) call center. CONSTITUTION: An SSP(Service Switching exchange Point) transmits a CLI(Calling Line Identification) and a DN(Dialing Number) to an SCP(Service Control Point)(801). If the SCP receives the CLI and the DN from the SSP(802), the SCP processes CTI information using the DN at CTI information database(803). The SCP abstracts private information from a private information database(804). A CTI call center address is abstracted from the SCP using the CLI and the DN(805). The CTI call center address, the CLI and the DN are provided to the SSP(806). The SSP connect a transmitter and a receiver using the CTI call center address(807). The SSP selects a receiving CTI mobile station and provides private information(808). The user of the receiving CTI mobile station provides the CTI service(809).
