摘要： A real time monitoring system is provided to deliver emergency information to a user quickly by using a bidirectional communication between a monitoring device and an emergency situation detecting device. A real time monitoring system includes an emergency situation detecting device(104), at least one remote computer(106a,106b), and a server computer(108). The emergency situation detecting device includes surveillance cameras. The remote computer is connected to the emergency situation detecting device through a network and remotely controls the emergency situation detecting device using a bidirectional communication. The server computer is connected to the remote computer and the emergency situation detecting device through the network, monitors a state of the remote computer in real-time, and updates a list of the remote computers, whose presences are checked. The emergency situation detecting device transmits a monitoring message to the remote computer in the list.

摘要： A communication system having an optimum call-termination tracking function and its control method are provided to improve the quality of a communication service by managing a plurality of different communication equipments through a single representative number. A PBX(Private Branched eXchange)(2) registers a representative number for communication with a plurality of different communication equipments(1A-1N) and performs a call function through the representative number. When a representative number call signal is received by the PBX(2), a management server(3) tracks a communication equipment available for an optimum call and connects a call to a corresponding terminal(6).
