    • PURPOSE: A data transceiver and a bus interface having the data transceiver is provided to perform a stable operation in the time of variation of a load, and to decrease a chip size by transmitting and receiving a data signal through a serial bus. CONSTITUTION: A bus interface(100) is connected between a serial bus(200) and a function device(300). The bus interface(100) includes a voltage regulator(110), a data transceiver(120), a serial bus interface(130), and a device controller(140). The voltage regulator(110) supplies the second power voltage(VRR) in the second voltage range by using the first power voltage(VDD) in the first voltage range. The data transceiver(120) converts bus specific data signals into interface specific data signals or converts the interface specific data signals into the bus specific data signals by using the first power voltage(VDD) and the second power voltage(VRR). At this time, the bus specific data signals are the first encoded data signals modulated into a bus specific format, and the interface specific data signals are the second encoded data signals modulated into an interface specific format. The serial bus interface(130) performs an interface between device specific data signals. The device controller(140) controls the function device by responding to the device specific data signals.

    • A differential transmitter, a differential receiver, and a signal projector and a signal transmission system are provided to avoid the electrical energy consumption of the terminating resistor by turning off P-type transistor completely. A signal transmitter(110) outputs the differential output signals according to the input of differential input signals. Output terminals(105a,105b) output differential output signals from the transmitter signal transmitter. Transmission side terminating resistors(118a,118b) are parallely connected between the transmitter signal transmitter and output terminals.     • PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to remove a skew, caused by crosstalk, efficiently by directly considering a cause of generation of the skew. CONSTITUTION: First and second transmission lines(4A,4B) are used to exchange signals. A signal mode determining unit(420) determines a signal transmission mode formed between the neighboring first and second transmission lines in response to an output signal of the first and second signal transition detecting units. First and second delay units(430,440) are connected to each transmission line. The first and second delay units control transmission delay of the transmission signal according to an output signal of the signal mode determining unit.

    • SCSI bus driving part(400) converts to transmitting mode and receiving mode according to the mode selection signal(MSEL) of host computer, and transfers its own output data(DOUT) through the external load connected to SCSI bus(403) in transmitting mode, and feedbacks its own data based on load value, increases the operating speed of data in proportion to the connected external load value.
