    • PURPOSE: A power amplifier is provided to improve maximum linear power point in a communication requiring high linearity such as WLAN communication. CONSTITUTION: A transfer wire conversion part (120) has or first transfer wire connected to the ground, and a second transfer wire receiving a first source voltage and a second source voltage. A differential amplification unit (110) outputs reverse output signals by amplifying difference between the first source voltage or the second source voltage. The differential amplification unit includes a first driving unit, a second driving unit, and an amplification end. The first driving unit connects a first transistor or a second transistor in parallel. A second driving unit connects a third transistor or a fourth transistor. An amplifier outputs signal from a first driving end or a second driving end adjustment circuit part by amplifying output signals. A matching circuit (130) integrates and outputs reverse output signals from the differential amplification unit.

    • PURPOSE: A high voltage amplifier circuit for minimizing an area is provided to reduce parasitic capacitance by designing a low voltage part within a high voltage amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION: A low voltage part receives a voltage from an inverting input terminal(T1) and a non-inverting input terminal(T2). A high voltage part outputs an amplified voltage through an output terminal(T3) by amplifying the voltage inputted into the low voltage part. A voltage isolating part is connected between the low voltage part and the high voltage part. The voltage isolating part isolates the voltage of the low voltage part and the voltage of the high voltage part. The low voltage part includes a first transistor(P21) which is connected to a bias current source(C2) and the inverting input terminal and a second transistor(P22) which is connected to the bias current source and a non-inverting input terminal.
