    • PURPOSE: A high sensitivity real time confocal fluorescence microscope is provided to observe a single fluorescent molecular signal in real time. CONSTITUTION: A real time linear confocal microscope includes a light source unit(201), a lens unit(4), a first scan mirror(21), a microscope unit(2) and a detection unit(3). The light source unit consists of more than a short wavelength laser and collimates light by including more than one dichroic mirror. The lens unit includes more than one cylindrical lens and more than one circular lens, making the light of the light source unit into a linear form. The first scan mirror changes an angle, moves light to a direction perpendicular to the linear light and obtain the two dimensional fluorescence information of a target object. A multi-color mirror is placed in between the light source unit and the first scan mirror. The microscope unit projects light to the target object and condenses fluorescence generated from the target object. The detection unit includes a large area camera observing the fluorescence and a slit.     • A white-light scanning interferometer for large-sized three-dimensional profile measurement using macro lenses and a method for measuring a three-dimensional profile are provided to change the most suitable visual region for the size of an object to be measured by using the zoom function of a macro lens. A light source(100) radiates white light. A light splitter(110) divides the white light into measuring light and reference light in order to irradiate the white light on a measuring surface and a reference surface. A macro lens(140) receives an interference pattern by using the reference light reflected from the measuring surface and the reference surface. An image acquisition unit(150) acquires the received interference pattern of the macro lens. The shape of the measuring surface is measured by using the interference pattern of the image acquisition unit.
