    • PURPOSE: An assistant apparatus for measuring a fluid speed and a measuring method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of measuring data by rapidly and accurately measuring a fluid speed. CONSTITUTION: A support plate(100) is arranged in the floor side of a river for measuring a fluid speed. A measuring bar(200) marks an actual measuring scale and an assistant scale in one side and the other side in parallel. The measuring bar includes a guide groove which is dent according to a height direction and combined with the support plate. A moving bar(300) fixes a hydrometer on one end and forms a guide projection. The moving bar is arranged in the guide groove of the measuring bar. The moving bar is movable according to the height direction of the measuring bar.

CONSTITUTION: A non-contact method for measuring flux of molten metal includes the steps of applying direct current(8) to a reversed U-shape electromagnet and applying alternating current(9) to a coil of a magnetic sensor placed between two poles of the reversed U-shape electromagnet; detecting components of an induction magnetic field by the reversed U-shape electromagnet and an induction magnetic field by the coil of the magnetic sensor; correcting the components of the induction magnetic field by the coil of the magnetic sensor from the induction magnetic field by the reversed U-shape electromagnet to calculate components of an induction magnetic field by a direct magnetic field composed of magnetic components by velocity of the molten metal.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring automatically velocity of wind is provided to measure accurately the velocity of wind by measuring the velocity of wind by means of a digital measurement method. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring automatically velocity of wind includes a sky-vane propeller(1), a pulse generator(10), an F/V conversion portion(20), a V/I conversion portion(30), and a data logger(40). The sky-vane propeller is rotated by wind. The pulse generator is used for generating a pulse according to the rotation of the sky-vane propeller. The F/V conversion portion converts the frequency of the pulse of the pulse generator to a voltage. The V/I conversion portion converts an output voltage of the F/V conversion portion to the current. The data logger is used for measuring the velocity of wind according to the intensity of the output current of the V/I conversion portion and storing the measured value.
