The main support unit(310) includes a main support rack(311) of box-shape of which the upper and lower sides and one end are opened, and a support frame for supporting the main support rack(311) by being combined at the lower part of the main support rack(311).

    • PURPOSE: A non-contact type apparatus for measuring flux of molten metal and a method for measuring the same are provided to obtain material for controlling action of high-temperature molten metal, thereby improving the quality of products. CONSTITUTION: A non-contact method for measuring flux of molten metal includes the steps of applying direct current(8) to a reversed U-shape electromagnet and applying alternating current(9) to a coil of a magnetic sensor placed between two poles of the reversed U-shape electromagnet; detecting components of an induction magnetic field by the reversed U-shape electromagnet and an induction magnetic field by the coil of the magnetic sensor; correcting the components of the induction magnetic field by the coil of the magnetic sensor from the induction magnetic field by the reversed U-shape electromagnet to calculate components of an induction magnetic field by a direct magnetic field composed of magnetic components by velocity of the molten metal.

    • PURPOSE: A device for online insulation measurement of electric board is provided to measure an insulation resistance of an electric board coated with an insulation layer promptly and accurately in an online state of a conveyance line by contacting an electrode roll with the insulation layer. CONSTITUTION: A conveyance line(1) conveys an electric board(2) which is coated with an insulation layer(4). An electrode roll(6) contacts with the electric board(2) in a constant pressure. A power supply unit(10) includes a reference resistor(8), an electric wire(12a) connected with the electrode roll(6) and an electric wire(12b) connected with the electric board(2). An ammeter(14) measures a current which passes through the reference resistor(8).
