    • 본 발명은 강슬래브 연속주조시 턴디쉬에서 몰드로 용강을 공급하는 침지노즐을 단공으로 하여 노즐막힘을 줄이고, 노즐 토출구 하부에 직류 전자석을 설치하여 토출류의 하강속도를 줄이고, 자석을 상하좌우로 움직일 수 있도록 하여 편류가 발생하면 자석을 이동 제어하여 장시간 동안 양호한 주탕 상태를 유지하도록 하는 전자기 단공 침지노즐을 이용한 슬래브 연속주조장치에 관한 것으로서, 단공 침지노즐(2)의 토출구 직하부에 위치하도록 연주몰드(1) 장변 외부에 설치된 직류 전자석(3)으로부터 발생된 자장(B)의 수직방향으로 전도성 물질(용강)을 이동(V)시키면 이에 직교하는 방향으로 유도전류(J)가 발생하게 되고, 상기 유도전류(J)와 자장(B)에 의하여 이와 직교하는 방향으로 힘(F)과 단공 침지노즐(2)의 토출류 유동의 방향이 반대방향이 되어 유동에 저항이 발생하여 유속이 줄어듦과 동시에 용강의 좌우 유동(5)이 몰드단변(4) 방향으로 퍼지게 되어 2공 노즐로 용강을 공급하는 것과 유사하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 단공 침지노즐을 이용한 슬래브 연속주조장치 및 연속주조방법을 제공한다.

    • PURPOSE: A method for measuring a flow rate of non-contact liquid metal is provided to observe and control a movement of the liquid metal by measuring a flow rate of the liquid metal. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnet is formed by applying AC voltage to coils(2a,2b) wound around an electromagnet core(1) as a magnetic material. A central magnetic sensor(4) is installed at a center portion between tow poles of the electromagnet in order to measure components of the inductive magnetic field perpendicular to a surface of the liquid metal. A magnetic sensor(3) is installed at one pole of the electromagnet in order to measure the magnetic field. The flow rate of the liquid metal is measured by compensating an output of the magnetic sensor to an output of the central magnetic sensor.

CONSTITUTION: In a method for measuring a damage state of an outlet mud of a shaft furnace, an image of the outlet mud(2) is captured by an IR camera(1) after inserting an empty center measuring scale into the center of the mud. Then, the captured image is transmitted to a computer(4), and is processed to be aligned. A color of the aligned image is checked and compared with a predetermined color indicating a temperature, thereby obtaining the temperature. A depth of the empty center is calculated using the temperature.
