    • The present invention discloses an oxygen control device for a heating furnace. According to the present invention, the device includes a position detector that detects opening and closing operations of an extraction door which is disposed on the outlet side of the heating furnace; a delayer that delays the opening and closing time of the extraction door by receiving a signal from the position detector; and an advance control unit that adjusts an oxygen concentration advance control value during the opening and closing operations of the extraction door. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the amount of air that is supplied into the heating furnace is appropriately controlled with an oxygen control technique of the related art during the opening and closing of a door of a hot rolling heating furnace, and thus scale production in a product during product extraction from the heating furnace, which is caused by oxygen increase, can be prevented.

The door part includes a refractory part, an inner frame part, and an outer frame part. One side of the burner part is connected to the panel-shaped refractory part. The other side of the burner part is connected to the inner frame part. The outer frame part prevents the thermal deformation of a door frame part.
