    • A thermal decomposition emulsifying apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus comprises: a hopper part for injecting combustible waste; a first transfer shaft which is rotated by a motor and which transfers the waste in parallel with the ground; a first transfer screw connected to the first transfer shaft; a dry-heating part which has a cylindrical first body part for accommodating the first transfer screw and transfer shaft; a melting part for melting and transferring the waste perpendicularly downward; a neutralizer supplying unit which is connected to a side of the melting part for injecting a neutralizer into the melting part; and a thermal decomposing part which has a cylindrical fourth body part, a fourth transfer shaft, and a fourth transfer screw. The fourth transfer shaft is arranged at an angle on the shaft direction of the melting part. The fourth transfer screw is connected to the fourth transfer screw. The fourth cylindrical body part accommodates the fourth transfer crew and shaft. The first transfer shaft is partially disposed inside of the first body part.

CONSTITUTION: The pyrolysis reactor of the continuous type multiple-stage screw mode includes: a first step screw pyrolysis reactor(100) of the upper part which is installed by interlinking a first stage screw pyrolysis reactor(110) and a second stage screw pyrolysis reactor with the flow though connecting member(300); a second end stage pyrolysis reactor(200) of the lower part which firmly installs to the horizontal direction by interlinking the first row screw pyrolysis reactor(210) and the second row screw pyrolysis reactor with the flow though connecting member; a flow though connecting member(300) in which with firmly installing and constituting the screw(400) which is formed by interlinking and built the first step screw pyrolysis reactor and the second end screw pyrolysis reactor and in which the accumulation prevention transfer screw is inserted; and a screw(400) for the accumulation prevention transfer respectively compulsively transfers the waste synthetic resin (melting) or the thermal decomposition product (the liquid tar, the wax etc) of the high-viscosity the noncombustible solid material (the soil etc) field exhausted after the first row screw pyrolysis reactor to the second row screw pyrolysis reactor.
