    • PURPOSE: A device for separately constructing refractory material of tilting spout for desiliconizing hot metal of blast furnace is provided to substantially extend life cycle of the tilting spout by separately building the refractory material of the tilting spout using respectively different constituents of hot metal layer and slag layer.     • The present invention relates to a refractory block, a container and construction method of the refractory block whereby a refractory block and a torpedo car are included; the torpedo car includes a vessel in which a refractory is formed; and the refractory block is installed in an impact zone of the vessel to reinforce strength of the refractory when the refractory of the vessel is constructed or repaired. The refractory block includes a mold and a castable refractory, which is cast in the mold. The mold includes an anchor. The anchor and the mold increase the impact durability of the refractory block. The refractory block reduces an erosion rate of the refractory in the impact zone. The refractory in the impact zone having an increased life span can increase a life span of the whole refractory inside the torpedo car.
