摘要： PURPOSE: A restoration device of discharge gate through which water granulated slag is discharged is provided which presses thus blocks rubber gate using cylinder and gate rolls and simultaneously operates pushing plate during opening operation of the gate rolls so that rubber is recovered to the original form. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a pair of gate restoration means moved back and forth along with a pair of gate rolls by reciprocation of cylinder to restore rubber gate to the original form when opening the rubber gate by the gate rolls, wherein the gate restoration means comprises link bars(32) respectively connected to links(35) at both ends of the head of the pair of gate rolls(25) by pins; link heads(33) formed at an end of the other side of the link bars so that the link heads are connected to the link bars by pins; a shaft axis(34) on which a link clamping bushing is formed so that the link clamping bushing is inserted into the link heads of the link bars, and which is connected to the link heads by pin; a pushing plate(31) connected to one side of the shaft axis; and a shaft inserting bar(36) inserted onto the other side of the shaft axis and fixed to a fixed base(37) in such a way that the shaft inserting bar and the pair of gate rolls are simultaneously moved back and forth to restore the rubber gate so that the rubber gate always maintains the original form.
