    • PURPOSE: A mixing/distributing device for lubrication is provided to enable an oil layer to be easily formed by lubricant while performing a cooling operation by air even if heat is emitted from the frictional portion of various kinds of parts. CONSTITUTION: A mixing/distributing device for lubrication comprises an oil distributor(100) and an air distributor(200), which are integrally assembled by an assembling unit(300). The oil distributor comprises an oil supply hole(102), a main oil supply path, a plurality of oil distributing units(130) and an oil distributing hole. The main oil supply path is arranged in a line to the oil supply hole. The oil distributing units are formed along the width of both sides. The oil distributing hole is bored from the oil distributing unit. The air distributor comprises an air supply hole(202), a main air supply path, a plurality of air branch paths, oil inlets(208) and discharge holes(210). The main air supply path is communicated with the air supply hole.

    • The present invention relates to an injector supplying a fixed amount of lubricant for supplying lubricant to an operation unit of a machine. Especially, an injector supplying a fixed amount of lubricant with enhanced corrosion resistance is disclosed. The injector supplying a fixed amount of lubricant comprises a joint plug connected to a supply pump; a tubular body combined with the joint plug; a packing preventing the backflow of supplied lubricant by being formed inside the joint plug; a pin including a guide pipe disposed inside the body and providing a lubricant path and a head part formed at the entry of the guide pipe; a U-cup sealing disposed at the lower side of the head part of the pin and sealing outside the guide pipe; a pressure plug moving up and down depending on whether the pressure of the lubricant is applied by including a protrusion piece at the lower end with an inner diameter corresponding to the guide pipe; a spring providing elastic force in the direction of pressing the pressure plug to the pin; and a spring plug supporting the spring and combined with the exit of the body. The body and the spring plug are made from reinforced plastic and are combined by a screw.

    • PURPOSE: A proportional solenoid valve and a control method thereof are provided to prevent wear of a seat unit by setting the sum of sectional areas of all exhaust passage holes one or two times as big as an area of the seat unit and to form a drain passage by at least four exhaust passage holes of an even number arranged along the periphery of a valve seat member at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION: A proportional solenoid valve is composed of an input port(16a) receiving fluid; an output port(16b) communicating with the input port; a drain port(16c) for discharging some of the fluid fed to the input port; a cylindrical valve seat member(15) comprising an input/output passage(15c) disposed among the input port, the output port, and the drain port, a seat unit(15b) installed at the end of the input/output passage, and a drain passage(15d) formed between the seat unit and the drain port; a ball-shaped valve body(14) contacting with the seat unit; and a valve driving unit having a coil(1), displacing the valve body according to an electric current of the coil, and changing output pressure from the output port by changing the flow of fluid moving from the input/output passage through the drain passage to the drain port. The drain passage is formed by at least four exhaust passage holes of an even number arranged at regular intervals along the periphery of the valve seat member. The sum of sectional areas of all exhaust passage holes is set one or two times as big as an area of the seat unit.
