Flow resistance of refrigerant gas is decreased by sucking refrigerant gas through openings when the opening and closing part is opened and closed easily with symmetrically forming the connecting part between the fixing part and the opening and closing part. Suction loss of refrigerant gas is prevented by sucking refrigerant gas through a gas passage groove around the opening and closing part in opening the valve.
