    • The present invention relates to a rack pinion-type steering device. The device includes: a rack bush (100) which moves in the axial direction inside a rack housing (C), supports a rack bar (30) which converts the rotational movement of a steering shaft into a linear movement inside the rack housing, and guides the movement in the axial direction of the rack bar; and a rack stopper (200) which is placed on one side of the rack bush inside the rack housing and prevents the rack bush from being separated from the rack housing. The rack bush and the rack stopper are integrated into a unibody. According to the described rack pinion-type steering device, since the rack bush and the rack stopper have a combinable structure to be integrated into a unibody, it is possible to cut the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components and simplifying the assembly process as well as prevent noise from the rack stopper by applying a noise damper (210) integrated into the rack stopper all the time.

CONSTITUTION: A rack stopper structure of a vehicle steering device comprises a ball joint, a ball housing, a rack bar, a rack housing, and a rack stopper(20). The ball joint is connected to the end portion of a tie rod. The ball housing is connected to the ball joint. One end of the rack bar is connected to the ball housing and the other end is connected o the pinion gear of a steering gear box. The rack housing is connected to the exterior of the steering gear box and the rack bar is mounted in the rack housing to be moved to left and right side. The rack stopper is embedded in the rack housing and contacted with the ball housing and comprises a rubber portion(22).
