    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic control system is provided to automatically return an actuator through a main valve even in an emergency, such as abnormal operation or power failure, by controlling the main valve using pressure reducing oil. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control system comprises an actuator (101), a main valve (102), and a pilot control valve (103). The main valve receives pressure oil from a pressure oil supply source and powers the actuator in forward and reverse directions. The pilot control valve receives pressure oil from the pressure oil supply source and powers the actuator in a forward direction by supplying the pressure oil to a port (102a) of the main valve through a pilot control line (104) connected to the main valve.

    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic system is provided to supply constant pressure without the generation of pressure hunting since the supply pressure of a servo valve is kept constant by a reducing valve. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic system(100) comprises a pump(110), a servo valve(120), first and second hydraulic pipes(210,220), an auxiliary pipe(215) and a reducing valve(115). The servo valve controls fluid pressure. One end of the first hydraulic pipe is communicated with the pump and the other end of the first hydraulic pipe is communicated with the servo valve. One end of the second hydraulic pipe is communicated with the servo valve and the other end of the second hydraulic pipe is communicated with a cylinder(50). One end of the auxiliary pipe is branched from the first hydraulic pipe and the other end lf the auxiliary pipe is communicated with the servo valve. The reducing valve is installed on the auxiliary pipe and controls the operation of the servo valve.

    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic device for a front loader is provided to immediately correspond to various tasks with an expanded rotational range of a bucket when objects are unloaded from the bucket by preventing the decrease in the pressure of a bucket cylinder during the lifting of a boom. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic device for a front loader comprises a first extended passage(9), a second extended passage(10), and a third extended passage(5). The hydraulic device is connected to an outer hydraulic chamber(11-1) of a bucket cylinder(11) by the first extended passage; is connected to an inner hydraulic chamber(11-2) of the bucket cylinder by the second extended passage; is connected to an inner hydraulic chamber(12-2) of a boom cylinder(12) by the third extended passage; and is connected to an outer hydraulic chamber(12-1) of the boom cylinder by a passage(4). The second extended passage is connected to between a first check valve(6) and a second check valve(7) by a relief valve(8). The relief valve passes a working fluid of the second extended passage depending on a set pressure in order to control the stroke length of the bucket cylinder, thereby expanding the rotational range of a bucket(14).
